Legal Indagation Hub serves as a platform for publishing your innovative articles and blogs, providing a new avenue for showcasing your random article writing skills. There are certain rules that one must follow in order to have their articles published with us:

  The length of the blog/article should not exceed 2000 words.
● No co-authorship is allowed for blogs/articles.
● Authors must adhere to plagiarism rules; the content should be original, and the use of paraphrasing tools is not permitted, as authors would otherwise be constrained by copyright laws.
● The article’s title must not exceed 20 words and must be original in its form and structure.
● After submission of the article/blog, Legal Indagation Hub will assume ownership of the content and may make further changes as needed for our website (if required).
● To submit an article/blog, authors must fill out the required details in the form provided below.
● For blog submissions, authors must upload the content directly in the provided form and pay the minimal charges associated with the service.
● For article submissions, authors must first submit an abstract of 200-250 words in the designated column while filling out the form. Shortlisted candidates will receive a notification and must submit the full article within three days of the specified deadline to our mail Id is legalindagationfirm@gmail.com
● The minimal charges for blogs are: ₹99 for one blog and ₹149 for two blogs.
● The minimal charges for articles are: ₹149 for one article and ₹249 for two articles.
● A certificate of appreciation will be provided to all authors whose articles/blogs are published.
● Authors who publish more than 8 articles/blogs in a week will receive an experience certificate from our firm and the next three of their articles will be published for free.
● Upon completing 50 articles/blogs in one month, authors will receive a stipend of ₹1000.
● In addition to the above benefits, outstanding authors will have the opportunity to get their articles published in reputable journals under the guidance of our legal research experts.
● All articles/blogs published on our website will adhere to our privacy policy

Dr. Manpreet Kaur


Dr. Manpreet Kaur is a dedicated legal academician currently serving as an Assistant Professor at School of Law, DBS Global University, Dehradun. With a strong foundation in law and a passion for integrating technology and legal education, she brings a decade of diverse academic experience and research expertise of 7 years to her teaching and institutional responsibilities.

She holds a Ph.D. in Law from Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law (RGNUL), Punjab, where her doctoral thesis focused on Artificial Intelligence in India: A Critical Study of Emerging Legal Framework for Its Use, Control, and Regulation. She is also a UGC-NET qualified scholar and earned her LL.M. in Business Law from RGNUL with distinction.Previously, Dr. Kaur held teaching positions at Symbiosis Law School, Noida, SRM University Delhi-NCR, Amity University Noida, CHRIST (Deemed to be University) Pune Lavasa, and GD Goenka University Gurugram. Her research interests span AI and Law, Technology Regulation, Corporate Law, Intellectual Property, Arbitration, and Family Law. She has contributed to academic literature through several impactful publications. Ms. Kaur has presented her work at prominent national and international conferences, including ICAIH 2024 (University of Aizu & OP Jindal Global University), Law Mantra, and conferences on AI and digital technologies.

She continues to actively contribute to the field through research, curriculum development, and academic leadership, with a strong emphasis on aligning legal education with emerging technologies and real-world governance challenges.

DR. YATIN KATHURIA

Dr. Yatin Kathuria is the Founder & Head (Research & Education) at JustAI, where he leads research strategy, academic program development, and institutional outreach. With over seven years of teaching experience in IT Law, Data Privacy, and AI & Law, he brings academic depth to the platform’s mission. He holds certifications in AI governance, ethics, and safety from global institutions and actively contributes to developing AI law courses, policy tools, and collaborative research promoting ethical and inclusive AI systems.

Zainab Iftikhar Khan

Ms. Zainab Iftikhar Khan is currently working as a Assistant Professor in Shri Ramswaroop Memorial University Lucknow, she has also worked as an Assistant Professor in Dr. Rizvi College of Law Allahabad. She is pursuing her PhD from Lucknow University.
She has qualified her UGC NET in the year 2022.  She has completed her LLM in International Law from Amity University Lucknow in 2021 and has done B.A.LLB from Aligarh Muslim University in 2020. She has also worked as an Advocate and as an Oath Commissioner in Allahabad High Court.

Lubna Tanweer

Lubna Tanweer is a highly motivated individual pursuing a Doctorate in Law from Jamia Millia Islamia University, having previously earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from Aligarh Muslim University and a Master’s Degree in Law from Jamia Millia Islamia, where she secured the 2nd position in her batch. She has qualified the UGC NET exam and is proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with strong time management, teamwork, and accuracy skills. Lubna is currently a Guest Faculty at HILSR, Jamia Hamdard, and has experience as an Assistant Professor at Dayawati College of Law, a freelance educator at Target for IQ, and a Goodwill Ambassador for Legal Research and Analysis. Her internships include stints at the Supreme Court of India and ONGC Videsh Ltd. She has published papers on legal topics and presented at various conferences, focusing on subjects like women empowerment, marital rape, and mediation in religious texts. Additionally, Lubna has organized national moot court competitions, participated in trial advocacy competitions, and held proctorships at university events. She is fluent in English, Hindi, and Urdu.

Sheeraz Ahmed

Sheeraz Ahmed is an Assistant Professor at Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) with over 13 years of academic experience. He holds an MBA in International Business, an LLM in Constitutional Law, and an MA in Women and Gender Studies. He is been examiner and observer for NTA.

Mr. Ahmed has served as a founding faculty member at the AMU Murshidabad campus and has been involved in various administrative roles at AMU. His teaching and research interests include Women and Law and Women Entrepreneurship.
He has organized numerous workshops and seminars, contributed to academic publications, and actively participated in national conferences. He has received several accolades, including the Nation Builder Award by the Rotary India Literacy Mission. Mr. Ahmed is also a mentor for students preparing for civil service exams and holds several key positions within the university’s administrative framework.

Aadil Akhlaque

Aadil Akhlaque is a PhD Scholar at Symbiosis International (Deemed University), researching the intersection of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), corporate accountability, and social justice. He holds an LL.M. from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University and a B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) from Aligarh Muslim University. Blending academic scholarship with industry experience, he has worked with JLL as a Lease Analyst and Consilio LLC as a Review Analyst. He has authored and co-authored several research papers published in reputed national and international journals on interdisciplinary themes spanning law, corporate governance, public policy, and socio-legal studies.

Dr. Aayushi Goel

Dr. Aayushi Goel is a dedicated and accomplished legal scholar serving as an Assistant Professor at Symbiosis Law School, Noida, part of Symbiosis International University, Pune. Prior to this role, she contributed her expertise to Amity University as a Faculty of Law, actively engaging in teaching, research, and academic development. Dr. Goel’s academic journey began with a B.A.LL.B. from IIMT Law College, where she was recognized with a Gold Medal for her outstanding performance. She further honed her expertise by earning a Master’s degree in Corporate Banking and Insurance Law from Amity University, Noida. Driven by a passion for in-depth legal research, she completed her PhD in Law from Amity University, Noida, focusing her doctoral research on “White Collar Crime with Special Reference to Money Laundering: A Critical Study.” Dr. Goel maintains a strong presence in the academic community, presenting her research at numerous prestigious national and international forums. Her commitment to impactful legal research is further evidenced by her scholarly publications in SCOPUS indexed journals, solidifying her position as a rising voice in the field of law. 

Dr. Asif Iqubal Shah

Dr. Asif Iqubal Shah, Assistant Professor in Law, is a dedicated academician and researcher with a strong background in law, holding an LL.M. in Tort & Crime and a Ph.D. in Law from KIIT Law School, KIIT Deemed to be University, Bhubaneswar. With over ten years of teaching experience in renowned law colleges and universities, he has established himself as an expert in his field, specializing in Tort & Crime, Penology, and Criminal Justice Administration. His research has been published in several SCOPUS-indexed journals from Australia, London, and Malaysia. He has also co-authored two books published by reputed national and international publishers. Prior to joining Xavier Law School, St. Xavier’s University, Kolkata, he worked as an Assistant Professor with the Department of Law, Aligarh Muslim University (Murshidabad Centre). He has also had the privilege of working as a Legal Researcher with Hon’ble Justice Indira Banerjee at the Appellate Side of Calcutta High Court, and has enhanced his legal skills through various internships at Law Firms, NGOs, and senior Advocates during his graduation from the Department of Law, University of Calcutta. Currently, he brings his expertise, research, and teaching experience to Xavier Law School, St. Xavier’s University, Kolkata.

Fardeen Khan

Fardeen Khan is a Research Scholar at Aligarh Muslim University, where he is pursuing his Ph.D. in Law with a research focus on housing discrimination and the ghettoisation of minorities. He has qualified the UGC NET-JRF, reflecting his academic excellence and research aptitude. He completed his LL.M. in Constitutional Law from Aligarh Muslim University, where he developed a strong foundation in rights-based legal frameworks. He also holds a B.A. LL.B. degree from the same institution and has contributed to legal scholarship through publications in reputed academic journals.
